New Patient Center

Welcome to the New Patient Center!

We understand that arriving at a doctor’s office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Gilmore Chiropractic we aim to remove any stress causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable from your first to last visit with us.

With that being said, our website allows you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.

For your first visit you will need:

  • A photo id
  • Insurance card
  • List of medications

In this part of our website you will find a series of links containing necessary paperwork for your first visit. If you choose to print and fill these out, you will be good to go once you arrive for your first visit.

After your initial consultation with Dr. Gilmore, we will go over any x-rays and other diagnostics with you, and thoroughly explain your condition and what might be causing your symptoms. Once we figure out the cause, we will then begin gentle therapy and treatment.  Home activities will also be taught, such as stretches, exercises, the use of supportive devices (back braces, etc.) and other tips to help you recover as quickly as possible. Our goal with every patient is to get them feeling as GRAND as QUICKLY as they possibly can!
